The 1905 Villa 

Minutes outside the historic village of Poggio Mirteto, this elegant, spacious villa offers stunning views of olive groves and the sacred mountain Monte Soratte. The six exquisite bedrooms are in a light, classic Italian style, with select antiques mixed with contemporary pieces. There is a  fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room,  a living room with sweeping views,  a beautiful hall with a piano, and a fragrant, classically designed garden with a jacuzzi.  Maximum accommodations for 7 guests

The Castle 

Located in the village of Casperia, known as the "gem of Sabina," this breathtaking 16th-century chateau has impressive ceiling frescoes, wall tapestries, and massive marble stairways, yet its 11 bedrooms and two kitchens are intimate in feeling.   There are 10 modern bathrooms,  a granary, a large stone courtyard, and a garden with ancient sculptures. From the stunning rooms and terraces of this historically important palazzo,  you'll enjoy fabulous mountain views. Depending on group size, we have exclusive use of the castle, so invite friends! 

The Mountain Chalet  and Spa (exclusive to the Italian Cowgirl Adventure) 

Nestled in the Apennine Mountains of Abruzzo, within the regional park of Sirente-Velino, the mountain chalet is a few steps from the 12th-century village of Ovidilo, a typical L'Aquila enclave; population of 1000.  The 4-star Chalet's modern rooms have wonderful views from their balconies.  Relax in the spa, have a massage at the wellness center, and savor spectacular sunsets on its balconies.
