Start your day in the warm glow of an Italian morning at the Casa Rinaldi or the Palazzo Forani with handmade pastries topped with cream and fruit, and dark Italian roast.  The air is already fragrant with the scent of Mediterranean pines, orange and lemon trees, jasmine, and rosemary from the surrounding gardens. 

The Villa

Minutes outside the historic village of Poggio Mirteto, this elegant, spacious villa offers stunning views of olive groves and the sacred mountain Monte Soratte. The six bedrooms (one twin bedroom)  are in a light, classic Italian style, with select antiques mixed with contemporary pieces. There are 4 exquisite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room,  a living room with sweeping views,  a beautiful hall with a piano, and a fragrant, classically designed garden with a jacuzzi.  For groups of 7, the maximum accommodation,  we have exclusive use of the villa. 

The Château 

Located in the village of Casperia, known as the "gem of Sabina," this breathtaking 16th-century castle has impressive ceiling frescoes, wall tapestries, and massive marble stairways, yet its 11 bedrooms and two kitchens are intimate in feeling.   There are 10 modern bathrooms,  a granary, a large stone courtyard, and a garden with ancient sculptures. From the stunning rooms and terraces of this historically important palazzo,  you'll enjoy fabulous views of the Apennine mountains. For groups of 8+, we have exclusive use of the castle, so invite friends!
