WE TAKE COMMITMENT SERIOUSLY

By registering for Your Italy Adventures! you are accepting your agreement with and obligation to these adventure trip conditions, including our Terms, Conditions, and Liability Disclaimer. If you have objections, please contact us to discuss. We thank you for respecting our policies.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS

Once we receive your registration form, we will contact you to discuss your interests. We will then send you an invoice for a deposit of $1000, which includes a non-refundable $200 registration fee.

Upon receiving an email from us that the program is confirmed, you will receive a final invoice with the payment due date. Any discount will be applied to the final invoice. If the balance is not received at least 90 days before the start of the program, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be charged a $300 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable $200 deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand for these beautiful accommodations and the planning our instructors must do, we ask that you respect our cancellation policy.

If we cancel the program, you will receive a full reimbursement that includes the registration fee. Only in the case of our cancellation do you receive a registration fee refund. Please do not book your ticket until you receive confirmation from us. If you cancel, the following time frame for notifying us applies:

120 – 90 Days = Refund minus the registration fee of $200.

89 – 61 days = Refund minus the registration fee, plus a $300 cancellation fee.

60 Days = Refund minus the registration fee of $200 plus a $500 cancellation fee.

Under 60 Days - No refund.

In the event of Covid travel restrictions, we will give you a 'rain check.'

Any cancellation must be made by email to info@YourItalyAdventures.com with the subject line: Cancellation. You must confirm that your cancellation notification has been received by us (by return email) or your cancellation is not valid.

Your Italy Adventures! has the right to cancel a program if the minimum enrollment of 6 is not met. In the event of such cancellation, your payments to date will be completely refunded.

TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE REQUIRED

Given the exigencies of traveling nowadays, we require that you obtain travel insurance that includes medical insurance or a rider on your existing medical coverage. Participants will be responsible for their personal medical care during the program period.

LIABILITY WAIVER

Your Adventures Italy! will take every measure to ensure your safety. You are, however, legally responsible for your safety, behavior, and medical care. By registering, you agree to the following:

I am 18 years or over. I understand the risks of group traveling and am joining the group voluntarily. I release Your Adventures Italy! from all and any legal claims related to my general participation or due to my negligence. I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health and can participate fully in Your Adventures Italy! In the event I cannot participate fully, I will give advance notice of my limitations, and I will not hold the program responsible for making alternative activity plans for me. I understand that Your Adventures Italy! is not responsible for my baggage or personal effects. I understand that I am responsible for making alternate arrangements in the event of travel delays. I understand and agree that all local services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of Italy and that Your Adventures Italy! acts only as an agent for such independent suppliers that provide accommodations, transportation, and any other services. These services are subject to the Italy travel terms and conditions of their suppliers. Your Adventures Italy! has no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay that may be caused by the negligence, defect, or default of any company or person contracted by the program to perform services. I agree to purchase travel insurance, including medical insurance, or extend a rider to my current medical insurance policy for the program period. I understand that if I require emergency or other medical treatment as a result of an accident or illness arising during my participation in Your Italy Adventures!, I am financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred. I understand that agents of Your Italy Adventures! are not legally obliged to act and will not provide any medical service. I agree that Your Adventures Italy! reserves the right to take photographs and videos of me during its program and may use such records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
