Then gather around the table with a few bottles of local wine and loaves of artisanal bread and share the meal you have prepared. You will return home with authentic village recipes to wow your family and friends.

Limber up with a Hatha Yoga session under sunny Italian skies or deeply relax at sunset with meditative yoga. Certified yoga teacher Gabriella Long will prepare you for an active day or easily wind down for a tranquil evening. She also offers massages and other holistic treatments at an extra fee.
