For 6-7 guests: Exclusive occupancy of an elegant villa in the Poggio Mertito countryside (max 7 guests). 

For 6-11 guests:  a private wing of a magnificent 16th-century Castle in the village of Casperia.

• Lodgings:  Villa in the Poggio Mertito countryside (September '26 is now fully booked) or the 16th-century castle in Casperia. 
•  Riding: 3 days of 2-hour guided rides in the Sabina Hills and through medieval villages.
